Our candidates will complete your specified induction program prior to commencement and will be fully aware of compliant with all Occupational Health & Saftey standards prior to arriving on site.

The staff will be ready to work from the moment they arrive on site, saving you training and re-training as required.

The ESP Recruitment Process :

  1. 1. We visit your site to obtain detailed assignment specification, employee needs and job details
  2. 2. We commence recruitment via database, print and online advertising and candidate networks
  3. 3. We thoroughly assess and shortlist the best people relevant to your needs
  4. 4. The employee completes the relevant forms, contracts, assessments and OHS general induction
  5. 5. We conduct a final, client specific interview
  6. 6. We reference check the last three positions to cover minimum two years work history
  7. 7. We employ the candidate and provide client specific induction program

HUMAN RESOURCES
ESP provides a total Personnel Management Service and can provide you with a full HR department, materials, personnel and Industrial Relations Managers.  The services include award interpretation/advice, industrial advocacy, dispute resolution, counselling, discipline, termination, job descriptions & employment contracts.

24 HOUR SERVICE
ESP stands alone in our 24 hour service commitment.  You will always speak with a qualified consultant who understands your business – enabling them to secure you short term staff with a minimum turnaround time.

DIRECT ENGAGEMENT TRANSITION
Upon completion three months as an ESP employee, there is no fee for a staff transition to a client payroll.  We pride ourselves in our selection skills and support staff being offered direct engagement with an organisation.

DEDICATED MANAGEMENT
Each account is managed by a dedicated Account Manager who will be your primary point of contact for assistance and issues.

ROLL OVER STAFF
ESP has the capacity to sign over a large volume of staff for pay rolling purposes.  We payroll in excess of 2,000 staff per week and have a dedicated wages and payroll team.
